Comments on Hours by Project

It is now possible to add a comment alongside the number of hours worked on each project.

Specific Leave Days

Feuille de Temps allows you to define a leave type in addition to vacation and sick leave and to allocate a different number of days per person or the same for the entire organization. This feature was called "Family Days" during the testing period.

Variable Schedules

To avoid confusion for individuals who work different hours each day, it is now possible to hide daily overtime/recovery calculations and only display weekly totals.

[Test] Clock-In and Clock-Out Hours

It is now possible to input clock-in and clock-out times instead of total hours worked.

October 2024

Performance Improvements

Loading timesheets for employees is now 5x faster.

Hour Banks Update

When switching from one employee's timesheet to another, the previous employee's hour bank would sometimes remain displayed while the data was being updated. Now, a loading indicator will replace the data until it is up to date, preventing any confusion.

Clearer Display of Project Hour Completion Rates

For organizations that require every worked hour to be assigned to a project, we have made some improvements for better visibility of this data.

On the timesheet page, the hour entry clocks are now displayed with a color code:

  • Red: not all hours are completed
  • Green: the total number of project hours for the day matches the hours worked

The total number of hours assigned to projects is displayed in the last row of the "Projects" column.

The overall project completion status for the week is displayed under the dates of the week.

Summer 2024

Hour Bank Calculation Methods

The method for calculating vacation and sick leave hour banks can vary from one organization to another.

In some cases, hours are credited at the start of the fiscal year or contract and then deducted as needed. In other cases, hours are accumulated gradually.

Feuille de Temps can now be adapted to automatically calculate hour banks once the rules are configured for your organization.

Archiving an Employee

Some organizations use email addresses linked to positions rather than individuals (e.g., [email protected]).

When replacing a person using such an address, Feuille de Temps now allows you to free up the address without losing the previous person's account data.

This is possible thanks to the "Archive an Employee" feature.

It is also important to archive former employees to avoid exceeding the employee limit associated with your plan.

Ability to Start the Week on Another Day

When creating a new fiscal year, it is now possible to start the weeks on a day other than Monday.

This allows compliance with work regulations and overtime rules in certain provinces.
