View My Timesheets

Feuille de Temps automatically calculates overtime, sick leave, and vacation.

In this article, we will see where to find all your timesheets and their details.

Where to Find Your Timesheets?​

You can find all your timesheets on the My Timesheets page.

On this page, all your timesheets are displayed up to the current week.

Below your name, you'll find your hour banks:

  • Sick Leave: The number of sick leave hours remaining in your hour bank
  • Vacation: The number of vacation hours remaining in your hour bank
  • Overtime: The number of hours remaining in your overtime bank

Where to View the Details of a Timesheet?​

For each week, you can see a summary that includes the following data:

  • Hours Worked: The number of hours worked during that week
  • Sick Leave: The number of sick leave hours taken during that week
  • Vacation: The number of vacation hours taken during that week
  • Overtime: The number of overtime hours for the week

By clicking on the "Details" button, you can access the details for the selected week.
