Who are we?

Feuille de temps is built by Aynils, a Canadian company based in Moncton, New Brunswick.

Aynils's mission is to help nonprofits improve their digital practices.

Hi, I'm Séraphin. I'm the founder of Aynils and the developer of Feuille de temps. We're the ones who answer support requests and help you get everything set up when you start using Feuille de temps.

Working alongside nonprofits, I noticed that many managers and employees were struggling with their Excel files or paper timesheets. The time spent fixing errors, retyping data, and chasing everyone for their timesheets ... was time that couldn't go toward the organization's mission.

So I decided to solve these problems once and for all. I spent a year talking with organizations across the country to understand their needs and the challenges they faced with timesheets. I then reviewed the tools already on the market to understand why organizations weren't finding one that fit.

I discovered that no solution was designed specifically for nonprofits. They were all built for the business world. On top of that, few offered free, hands-on support to help managers and their teams get set up.

By the end of that year, we had co-created the first version of Feuille de temps with nonprofits from several provinces. The tool has kept evolving for more than four years now, and every update is based on feedback from the people who use it.

Our ecosystem​

Feuille de temps isn't the only tool we build for nonprofits. At Aynils, we also develop La Bibli, and we run Sylvéa, a digital practices coaching service.

• Sylvéa supports you in your digital practices: a review of your access and backups, help setting up the right tools, and a path toward more autonomy.
